Christmas Bells Call to Worship

Angels heralded Jesus’s birth in a manger, as befitting a King. They worshiped and declared, “Glory to God in the highest!” Christmas bells also jubilantly announce the gift Jesus is and call us together for one purpose: oh, come, let us adore Him! We gather to worship Him, to give Him the honor He is due. We gather to celebrate the birth of Christ which made the way for His life, death, resurrection and ours.

Like angels and bells, it’s now our turn to honor Him with praise and thanksgiving while uttering an ongoing clarion call to worship His majesty. Jesus was, is and is coming again! Lord, You reign! You are the Light, which came into our darkened world and now lights the Way back home!

Christmas Bells Call to Worship continues what Christmas Worship began: new, original worship songs for Christmas with which we come to adore Him like shepherds and wise men. Plus, new arrangements of traditional carols. The songs provide words and melody to address our Lord personally, ponder His majesty and praise Him. In this manner, we draw near through His gates into the courts of His dwelling place, and He draws nearer to us. In the atmosphere of worship created by our song, His Spirit touches us, transforming our hearts as we give Him the honor He is due. We come to rest in Him. Distractions melt away. There is inner stillness—the gift of His peace to us. From this place we adore.
